Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Good sessions all around. Any reason you don't do squats. Not that you need to you are obviously very strong all around.

The chest work is grueling and therefore does stay sore for a time...I will be getting back to the squats one of these days, my partner does not want to do them for the time being...You are all some fine peeps, each and everyone!!

    "lighter than normal"
HS or not that decline press is insane.
Out of the night that covers me,Black as the Pit from pole to pole,I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul. In The fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance my head is bloody, but unbowed. Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the horror of the shade And yet the menace of the years finds, and shall find, me unafraid. It matters not how strait the gate how charged with punishments the scroll,I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.

133 min of cardio lighter than usual for you, heavy and unusual for us. After 88 min of cardio there is no way I could lift like that.
