    on those laterals do you keep your arms straight or do you have a bend?

    The arms were slightly bent for the lateral raises...less rest between sets and more volume for the shoulders this go round - had fun with the session, liked the supersets but it did mean lighter weight...the cardio intervals always involve each actual movement for the times shown - Thanks!!!

    October 26, 2004 - TUESDAY

    bike/treadmill/elliptical/stairs/bike/treadmill/elliptical/stairs/bike - 5 minutes each

    ARMS

    PUSHDOWNS
    70 X 12, 90 X 10, 110 X 8

    REVERSE GRIP PUSHDOWNS
    50 X 12, 60 X 10

    DB ALTERNATE CURLS
    35 X 10, 45 X 8

    CABLE CURLS
    130 X 12, 175 X 8

    This workout almost did not happen, did lighter faster work again which is cool...as I sometimes say - every session counts, nothing from nothing leaves nothing, lol -

    bike - 15 minutes

    LEGS

    HACK SQUATS
    230 X 6, 390 X 6, 500 X 6, 540 X 6

    superset
    LEG PRESS
    470 X 6 + 6 + 6

    CALF RAISES on leg press
    470 x 20, 470 x 20

    did some leg plyometrics for the hams like the football players do...there were 3 of us working out together today for the first time - one of them introduced these earlier in the week and believe me, don't try these alone (did 2 sets).

    STANDING LEG CURLS
    30 X 8, 40 X 8

    stairs/treadmill/bike/elliptical/stairs/treadmill/bike/elliptical/stairs - 10 minute intervals

    That is 6 plates per side on the hacks, I looked forward to this day...it is a good thing y'all and I am so happy, lol -
