So for over a week my right eye has been bloodshot, mostly on the inside corner. If I look closely I can see all the blood vessels all large and stuff. I know it's not pinkeye. Question is: what's the deal? Should I see a doctor? Is this going to get better? It's kind of unsightly to be honest and it seems to be the same everyday, no improvement.

I know a dude that got punched in the eye and it was all red and veiny for a few months. I don't know if he did anything for it or not, but in about 2 months it went away.

I hear ya... I haven't been doing any funny coughing or straining. I guess it's a burst blood vessel. Hopefully it'll take care of itself... it's been a week and a half now with dickall improvement. Anyways thanks for the tips.
my friend popped a blood vessel in his eye and it lasted about a good month or so.
