    This idea is normally based on the high fat, high protein, low carb diet... Instead of having ground beef and all those saturated fat junkies.. try having some good FATS... i had some friend over the net who have tried and got good results... it prolly be Pain in the ass.. but well.. i think it would work good.... What's your opinion?

    your post is hard to follow, are you saying just to eat flaxs seed oil and chicken breasts or to eat flax seed oil in addition, for the healthy fats?
