What do you guys think of this cereal? I'm really getting tired of oats, plus I'm training mostly for basketball, so I don't think my diet needs to be too strict.
The main ingrediant is oat flour. There is also corn flour and soy flour and like 6 grams of protein per 2/3 cup serving.
well it might me a bit more processed, making it have a higher GI. how much fiber does it have? how much sugar? it probably wont totally kill your diet or anything.

I think it's around 3 grams of fibre and 5 grams of sugar.
