    Punky - Yeah, but we must give the blondes a fair chance. I'm not a hairist.

    Big C - I rested 1 minute between sets. The only one that was an exception was the set before 285. I rested for about 2 minutes before lifting 285. Basically I'm doing the main lift for an ME day a la Westside but without the triples and with slightly shorter rest intervals. I haven't tried to increase my strength in a while and I've been slacking bad with my workouts so my strength dropped a bit which pissed me off. So right now my goal is to bench press to 315 by Halloween. This week I've been working out with another one of the trainers who is also a guy which is great. Having women as work out partners lately I've found is 'usually' too much of a distraction because some guy is always trying to talk to them and interrupting the workout. So I'm very excited to work out knowing my partner is like me and doesn't like to let socializing interfere with the workout.

    I was surprised I got 290 lbs on the bench press because I really wasn't feeling it today. I was going to work out yesterday but the gym closed at 4pm because it was Labor Day so I had to put it off til today. When I put 225 lbs on the bar even it felt like 250. So Im just happy I got it. Even though it Ive seen turtles move faster than the bar went up. lol

    Wikked - Thanks man. You had me worried when Clinton Portis went ape **** on his first run of the game. I was kinda surprised I lead all scorers since Jamal Lewis got shut down and Charlie Rogers broke his collar bone (again). It's kinda funny neither of us have a guy playing in MNF tonight though. No worries, you'll have your chance to beat my Headhunters later in the season bro!
