Hungry with no calories to spend

This has been happening the last couple days. I am used to about 4000 cals a day and I am currently eating around 3000 on a cut. Is there something you guys do when cutting and you're almost out of cals for the day to help get rid of that ravenous hunger? Maybe something one can eat that's small and fills you up good....?

Vegetables, high fiber foods, lots of water.

Worse comes to worse you can always use Sugar free Jello. The caloric value is pretty insignificant unless you consume ungodly amounts.

    carrots can do the trick.
"It is often said, mainly by the "no-contests", that although there is no positive evidence for the existence of God, nor is there evidence against his existence. So it is best to keep an open mind and be agnostic. At first sight that seems an unassailable position, at least in the weak sense of Pascal's wager. But on second thought it seems a cop-out, because the same could be said of Father Christmas and tooth fairies. There may be fairies at the bottom of the garden. There is no evidence for it, but you can't prove that there aren't any, so shouldn't we be agnostic with respect to fairies?"

    Richard Dawkins

"Out of all of the sects in the world, we notice an uncanny coincidence: the overwhelming majority just happen to choose the one that their parents belong to. Not the sect that has the best evidence in its favour, the best miracles, the best moral code, the best cathedral, the best stained glass, the best music: when it comes to choosing from the smorgasbord of available religions, their potential virtues seem to count for nothing, compared to the matter of heredity. This is an unmistakable fact; nobody could seriously deny it. Yet people with full knowledge of the arbitrary nature of this heredity, somehow manage to go on believing in their religion, often with such fanaticism that they are prepared to murder people who follow a different one."

Funny how I am getting the same way too. I am eating way more calories now and feel hungry. When I ate less, I did not have the same hunger pangs.

If you use the Great Value brand that Wal-Mart carries it has half the calories of the Jell-O brand. I believe it has 20 calories for the whole box, which makes 2 cups of jello.

For whoever suggested peanuts and bacon. How in the world is that going to help? Those are both extreamly calorie dense foods. He's looking for the least calorie dense foods he can find.

Perhaps splitting your food intake into even smaller meals might help. I eat small amounts every two hours or less and I'm never hungry unless I forget to eat.

I agree if your eating every 2-3 hours then you shouldn't be getting hungry!!

If that doesn't work than suck it up, the results are worth it!!
