I've heard of this, but don't really know what it is other than some isometric-sounding workout.
Anyone hear have any experience with it? Tips?
Do a search, I am pretty sure this has been talked about before. I am also pretty sure that the conclusion was that static contraction training makes you stronger at statically contracting. There is not much carry over to full ROM lifts.
