    I am sure this has been asked before about WBB 1

    I read it completely and it just doesnt seem like enough workout. I mean does the routine cover everything I need? Reps and sets wise? With proper diet can I get some size from WBB1?
    I want to be a gladiator on Spartacus. Or at least be on the same cycle as them.

    Height - 6'
    Weight - 247 lbs

    yes, it's enough workout wise, but diet will also play a huge role in it.
    My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.
