    Skullcrusher and Close grip bench press

    I made a similiar thread to this .... but no one seamed to answer all my questions

    i get a pump whilst doing 8-10 reps of close grip bench press but very little when i do 4-6 reps

    and i've never felt any pump on my triceps when doing skull crushers .... and my eblows really fatigue when doing it.

    Is their something im doing wrong?

    Nope. Don't worry about whether or not you get a pump. It doesn't matter.

    there are many versions of the exercises!skullcrushers tend to be the most common name for lyin tricep extensions that tend to start basically on the forehead then extend as normal. lying triceps extensions are typically done at a less vertical angle,try doing them with ur arms finishing about 45degrees from the floor.work both slow and keep elbow in to keep the stress on the triceps as an extension rather than a press! hope this helps...
