Hey all.. wondering if you pros could help me out here...
I started off at about 160 pounds back in oct. 2002, today iam 202 pounds, not all lean, got some fat/mass there... My goal is more to be big and bulky, then small and cut. However I would at the same time want to be cut.. but thats all another topic..
i was wondering if someone could help me out, on how many calories i should eat daily, what foods etc. i want to reach atleast 230ish
everyone is different bro. track your calories @ www.fitday.com, and if you find that you arnt gaining weight as fast as you'd like with the amount of caories your consuming, then eat more calories.

well for one thing make sure you cut out all junk food and fast food and soda (diet sodas are ok). Get lots of protein from Lean Beef, Fish and chicken.
