I have a friend at work that is about 5'3 weights 160 and can bench press 350 pounds. I tell the dude that it quite a feat considering his size. What do you guys think about this? I asked him to film it so I can post it here for the non-believers.
I would like to see that.
I would bech about 340 at 160lbs but I'm 5'8". For a small person that is a lot weight.

Motivate a fatty here.
I'd also be interested in seeing that. Would be a very impressive feat.
a buddy I grew up with set our school's bench press record (for his height/weight/age group)
he's like 5'4"-5'5", probably around 140-150 lbs, maxed at 300 last month of school.
but, in your case I have no clue.
My profile picture is about 5 years old, I'll get around to taking some progress pics eventually.
He does not compete. He said he was so pumped last time that he thought he could even hit 380. I told him we are all waiting to see that video.
size is nothing
