Lately I have added 2% milk back into my diet and my blood sugar levels have been out of whack.Typical readings use to remain in the 90-180 range;but as of lately;since adding milk; anywhere from 200 to 420 {which is an annoyance due to the extra Insulin shots I have to take.}

My train of thought was that there would be sufficient enough protein and fat to help the levels to somewhat maintain w/ out rising or was I wrong in thinking that?

Any help is appreciated.
