Heath...low carb is just how i do it now, i generally do a 2 meal refeed 2x/week, when i start eating a lot of carbs i put on too much bodyfat for my liking.

...that leg press was brutal, hadn't done drop sets in a month, i wanted to die.

Haha, cracka. Hey, shakes are good. Well if you make them right. I love mine...60g strawberry protein, 1 banana, ice, 2 cups milk. There's also this store called emerald city smoothie in bellingham and they sell protein/vitamins and also make protein/weight gainer shakes there. One of the shakes is 1500 cals. Good luck on the bulk.

I don't have my dextrose yet so I'm using malto for the moment. What I hate is that it just doesn't mix as well. Chunky shakes is just a bit too much chewing. But, I'll bare it to get BIG!!!!!

I'm using some malto. .5 cup dextrose, .75 cup malto. It only blends in the blender. Shakers are no use against such a monstrosity.

    Heath...i still haet them

Will...blender is the only way to go...dextrose is pure evil

J-thug...stay with the malto, chewing shakes...*slaps you silly*...i may experiment with a protein pudding containing the dextrose/malto...i'll 86 the heavy cream and try half and half...maybe then it won't be so damn nasty.

so i assume dextrose is really chunky? Would you suggest getting malto instead? I'm gonna need to buy something once my cell tech runs out

I got the cell tech for free, so shut it.

Malto is actually worse at chunking up than dextrose but neither are especially good. Dextrose is a bit sweeter and less chunky and I like malto's flavor better but it chunks up. Can't have the best of both worlds I don't guess.

What kind of pancakes are those? I've got a good recipe and wondering if you had tried it. Lady at work, who's ripped as hell I might add eats them all the time...

    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 egg yolk, 4 eggs without the yolk
A dash of cinnamon a tsp of vanilla
Blend it up and it's ready to cook!

I haven't tried them yet but she raves about them. Might be good for those low carb days or something.
