    post workout-1 cup oats, 4tbs honey, 2tbsp pb
    m3-8oz chicken, 4oz pasta
    m4-protein shake

    pec deck 130x8, 150x8, 170x8

    Will...calories have been between 3000 and 3500, more or less just trying to remember what it is to eat good...next week i will tighten up to about 2700 kcals on off days, 3200 on training days...which means no more grilled ham and cheese, no more pretzels, basically all clean sources...oh yes, the joys of contest dieting.
