    There was some good discussion here despite the hostility. So, let it continue. What exercises do you guys like the smith for. I have it for squats for the reason raleighwood mentioned, but front squats have been ok when I have done them. Still like the bar better. Probably like the smith best for reversegrip bench press, seated shoulder press, and incline bench when I have exhaused the barbell gains. Also like to use it as an aparatus when doing rack chins.
