    Body Stats

OK, I have never measured my body. After bodybuilding for a number of years, I think it is time so I can keep closer track of things. How do you do it correctly, ie where do you put the tape for a chest measurement, should I be inhaling/exhaling etc. For the biceps, should they be flexed? Should I measure after a workout of not? Please advise!

I measure body parts cold and unflexed. I think there are less variables to throw you off.

OK dude, we'll do it that way. Give me a little advice on tape placement per body part.

Usually people take measurements at the largest part of the muscle. The main thing is to be consistant of where you take them.
