1st of all, hi.
2nd of all... i need help losing some fat/gaining some muscle
When i get my next paycheck, I will join up a gym for 90 days, and then probably more afterwards. I am 6 feet tall, and weigh roughly 200 pounds, give or take 2 or 3. 20% BF, and would like to get down much lower than that, and get some more muscle. I need to establish a routine for workouts and eating.
Bear in mind that I cant afford expensive supplements, etc.... but i can always buy food that has lots of protein and such right? So anyway, please post some ideas as to what i should be eating/not eating, lifiting, not lifting, what kind of lifts i should do, reps, and sets.
