    I just posted about this somewhere on here. The easiest way is to get some calipers. Or maybe ask your doctor if he has a method.

    The electronic bodyfat testers aren't very accurate just to let you know.

    I seriously don't know what to do with the calipers. I've got the general idea, but I don't want to just start pinching myself with those things. And even if I knew where to pinch myself, I wouldn't know what the readings meant.
