    Extra exercises to my routine?

    I am currently starting WBB#1, but i was going to add 'Flys' and Lat Pull Down to Chest/Back day. Leg presses to Leg day. Is this ok?

    start WBB and see how it feels. if you think it is missing something or if it is not hitting you hard enough, add exercises that you think are necessary. dont just add the exercises becuase they look good on a list
