My girl decided she wants to gain weight. Right now she's around 5'7" at 96lbs. So i'm thinking i'd get her started on WBB Routine 1. Is this ok? Or should I have her do some other routine? The only problem i have with WBB Routine 1 is that she may not be able to do Squats with the barbell since it may be too heavy, what would be a good alternative to build her strength in this area?
Also should I have her do the traditional bulk and cut senario?
I'd apprieciate if some of the ladies pitch in and tell me what has worked for them.
