    Road to Greatness

    Hey this is my journal i guess, i know it would be easier to accomplish my goals if i do this so i am.. but im trying to bulk to 195 pounds.. and then cut to 190-185.. im currrently 150 right as of now..


    Thursday - Off day,
    Morning Breakfast (8:30 am)- Eggs, Ham Steak, Creatine Load,
    Lunch-(1:00 pm) Chinese Brown Rice , ham on wheat, Creatine Load, Protein Shake.
    (4:00)- Creatine Load
    Dinner- (8:00) Brown Rice, Broccoli Sum more veggies, Protein bar (30g protein) yuck!!

    Work out is tomor, if ne 1 could help me out with my diet please. i kno i need to eat more but i never have the stuff prepared, which i need to cuz i work around a hetic schedule..

    When my schedule sucks weight gainers(cytogainer, nlarge) come in handy. Also peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a good quick fix you can carry with you. If you can eat at work(and have a fridge) turkey sandwiches, sting cheese, peanuts, and cottage cheese and fruit are all quick fixes to get extra calories.

    9:30 AM - sandwhich cantelope creatine load..
    1:30 PM - Creatine load, turkey club sandwhich on wheat, milkshake
    5:30 PM - Creatine load, Potatoes, two sandwhiches,
    9:30 PM - Creatine load..

    i really gotta eat more..

    before i start my workout monday

    time to grub tday

    danm, 195 is a noble goal, but you gotta eat way more food!! try out some NLarge2 weight gainer or some meal replacement shake/bar...

    Leg press (3 sets)
    Leg extension (2 sets)
    Squats (3 sets)
    Standing calf raise (3 sets)
    Seated dumbell press (3 sets)
    Side laterals (2 sets)

    Wednesday Back/biceps

    Wide grip pulldowns (3 sets)
    Seated rows (2 sets)
    Bent Over Rows (3 sets)
    Shrugs (3 sets)
    Concentration Curls (3 sets)
    Hammer curls (2 sets)

    Friday Chest/triceps/forearms

    Bench press (3 sets)
    Incline dumbell press (3 sets)
    Pushdowns (3 sets)
    Overhead dumbell extension (2 sets)
    Close grip benchpress (3 sets)
    Reverse wrist curls (2 sets)

    split loooks real good. I would consider doing squats first on leg day, but otehrwise its fine. I like seeing you not doing too much useless small exercieses. Def. gotta up the calories if you want to hit 195.

    Hammer curl (2 sets 40x8)

    meals were lookin good.. dinner chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes , white rice, some veggies, protein shake..

    my arms were dead today after all that back work.. boy i can barely walk

    10 hours of sleep tonite tho

    2 peanut butter jelly sandwhiches, bottle water
    Zone Gumbo Meal, TONS OF veggies 400 cals, 30 grams of protein,
    Peanut butter n jelly
    Rice, Beef steak or chicken, glass of whole milk, spinich
    Lunch meat sandwhich, protein shake,

    rest for triceps/chest tomor
