    Don't worry bout them DB Military Presses. That weight will go up as you find your form.

    Keep up the good eatting habbits. I just started eatting really good for about a week and have gained about 3 lbs. Most of it probably fat, but I don't care. I'm trying to get fat. Keep it up mang.

    BTW, thanks for the comments on my pics bro, I didn't see that last time I logged or I would of acknowledged you there. I don't like them though, they make me look small .

    7 pm - pre workout shake in 24 oz water,
    9 pm - post workout shake in 48 oz water
    930 pm - 2 cans of tuna.. 2 tbs mayonaise 16 oz water

    .... i need to eat more

    but training is soo sooo, diet is soo sooo, results = so soo.. im starting to bust my ass tho.. so its on 195

    time to finish this sick assss tuna

    Hey if you're trying to gain weight whats with chicken from McDonalds? Get a couple quarter pounders and you got an easy 1000 cals at least. If I remember, you are pretty lean to begin with, so you don't have to worry about the fat yet.

    my freakin back is gettin hyoge.. and ripped.. im loving it..

    {______Diet}
    9 am- 2 scoops whey in 16oz water.. 2 fish oil pills..
    9 30 am- frosted flakes 2 cups, 2 cups of whole milk
    12 pm- Chinese Buffet.. 2 plates.. soup etc.. major calories
    3 pm - 2 mc donald double hamburgers 1 fry, 24 oz water
    6 pm - post workout drinnk
    630 pm - 2 cans of tuna, 2 tbs mayonaise, 24 oz water
    9 pm - prob steak.. some more water and potatoes


    noo freakin school today.. we off for break so i could pound in the calories i think the buffet was atleast 1.5 k i ate soo much.. rich carbs etc.. but im loving the diet and workouts and my bo rows are jumping up

    so is the v cut.. my girlfriend worked out with me today.. and i took the shirt off.. haha u shouldve saw the face..

    yeah 2 double cheeseburger and fry probably about 1300 calories for 3 bucks, my personal savior
