    CG Bench- 135x20 , 185x12, 195x8, 205x6
    Pulldowns - 110x6 3 sets
    DB Skullcrushers- 70x8 3 sets

    had 30 mins to workout.. tn should be wild too.. freeway coming to this local club.. no drinks for me tho. ive been sober for a while and keeping it this way.. hhah gettin serious

    i think i dropped some water too my weights back in the 180's o well.. i look good pics coming soon once i hit 200 or soo

    Back LIL Bi's

    Seated Rows- 165x20, 180x12, 210x8 2 sets
    HS Overhand Row- 3ppsx8 3 sets
    DB Rows- 150s for 6 3 sets
    BW Pullups- basic stretching 3 sets of 10
    Shrugs- 100's for 20 2 sets

    Con curls wid the 40's and a few hammies wasnt paying attention to weight jus wanted a quick pump

    had a rugby game today. burned a few calories.. hopefully 200 will come soon.. on spring break this week.. stayin home.. nooo drinkin watsoever jusssss hittin up the bitc*s yup!

    but its bout that time to get big ive been eatin like a softie.. take it easy

    Flat BB Bench- 135x10, 205x10, 225x6
    HS Wide Chest- 2ppsx12, 3ppsx10, 4ppsx6
    Incline DB Fly's- 55sx12, 70sx8 2 sets
    Pec Deck- 150x12 just strecthing

    very upset with the 225x6 on bench, i shouldve had more, but that 205 wore me out too much, also considering the fact i worked 12 hours with my parents cleaning houses, woke up at 3 in the morning, went to bed at 11, and got off work at like 3, then went to rugby to run about 2 hours.. str8 sprints. i dont even know how i got a workout in.. but ill hit it up harder next week fly's lookin good so far, 70's felt light.. weight still low, time to eat my pound of beef... and get some sleep finnallyy

    Hey wassup people ive been training just really drained from rugby and stuff all that deng cardio cant put on weight as easy.. but im sitting aroud high 180's hopefully ill be 195 or soo soon, hes a update from the back.. and ill be loggin the leg workout tomor

    o ye im 17 now for ne 1 who didnt know

    Reverse Grip Bench- 185x10 3 sets
    DB Kickbacks- 30's for 10 4 sets

    usuall.. rugby making me maintain around the same weight.. i need to eat more. bc i run more.. but im a lot leaner now.. and holding no water... .. kinda sucks but o well seasons over in 3 weeks.. then ima try and take the bulk to 215-220

    doin hams/calves tonite
