had 30 mins to workout.. tn should be wild too.. freeway coming to this local club.. no drinks for me tho. ive been sober for a while and keeping it this way.. hhah gettin serious

very upset with the 225x6 on bench, i shouldve had more, but that 205 wore me out too much, also considering the fact i worked 12 hours with my parents cleaning houses, woke up at 3 in the morning, went to bed at 11, and got off work at like 3, then went to rugby to run about 2 hours.. str8 sprints. i dont even know how i got a workout in.. but ill hit it up harder next week fly's lookin good so far, 70's felt light.. weight still low, time to eat my pound of beef... and get some sleep finnallyy

usuall.. rugby making me maintain around the same weight.. i need to eat more. bc i run more.. but im a lot leaner now.. and holding no water... .. kinda sucks but o well seasons over in 3 weeks.. then ima try and take the bulk to 215-220
