    Thursday Chest/shoulders/triceps

    Bench press (135x6,140x6,140x6)
    Incline dumbell press (35 dumbells 3x8)
    Bent arm flys (40 dumbells 2x8)
    Military press (3 sets 115x8)
    Side laterals (2sets 20x2)
    Shoulder Press (2 sets 25x8)
    Lying tricep extension/skullcrusher (3 sets 30x8)
    Close grip bench press (3 sets 95x3)

    1)peanut butter jelly sandwhich, protein shake
    2)chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes
    3)work out , creatine,
    4)protein shake, bottle of water, baked potato, wendy's oriental chicken salad
    5)sliced potatoe's chicken breast, cup of whole milk

    2 more meals.. then im done
    i feel big already!

    back n ready monday morning.. hmm

    weekend's diet wasnt too goo i gotta make up for it this week

    , meal 1, 2 cups of oats, protein shake , glass of milk

    time to get big.. squats killed yest was reppin around 265 yay!

    Ruless, looking good in your journal, looks like we are more or less in the same place and wanna get to the same place (195lbs is a little to big for me though, im wanna be around 160). I would suggest getting a stricter diet, it has really helped me to put on weight, and I dont really see any fat which is real good.

    i meant since i have been eating clean I havent put on any visible fat, i can still see my six pack more or less...i know fats are good, that was really bad wording by me, my fault

    2 pork chops, baked potato, brocolli, corn, rice, chicken liver,protein shake,bottle of water

    back on track, ive been liftin just havent been trackin it down.. im slowly making progress goin up with the weights.. my bench hasnt moved but everything has really..

    i dont think this creatine is doin much, im coppin some nlarge2 soon for some extra calories..

    been drinkin a bit too i gotta stop

    two nights being drunk is gonna set me back

    but im back on track now

    wish me luck guys!

    Meal 2 - Zone Meal, Yogart, Popyes beans Water,
    Meal 3 - Trout Covered with scrimp spinnach rice, water protein shake

    Why not bulk to an even 200? I just hit 200 today and it feels so much bigger than 195, haha.

    lol 200 sounds good.. i weighed in at 156..

    gained 6 pounds in 3 weeks..

    nice back workout

    Deadlifts - 2x185x8 2x205x8
    Dumbell Row - 3x70x8
    Barbell Row - 3x100x8
    Shrugs - 3x70x8
    Barbell Curl - 3x60x8-10
    Incline Dumbell Curl - 3x25x8
    Hammer Curl - 2x20

    todays workout was very nice, time for the last meall

    and weight gainer eww

    Damn you got even further to go then me, i'm sitting around 170 right now, though hopefully it's gone up a bit. What kind of gainer did you get that tastes nasty? The only one that i've tried is sci-fit mass bananna flavor, it was great, but now i just make my own, 3 scoops of protein, a few teaspoons of malto, it tastes great!

    o i used the gnc 1850 chocolate chip

    its ok.. very sugary

    time to take it now actually

    and yes i got a long way to go.. its hard to put on weight to cuz im 15 and really active
