    Meal 1 - 1 cup whole milk, 2 cups granola cereal, fish oil pill
    Meal 2 - Preworkout shake
    Meal 3 - Post workout shake
    Meal 4 - Bratwurst , 2 ego waffles, fish oil pill
    Meal 5- Steak , Ribs, Baked Potato, Salad, Vinegrette dressing, 32 oz water.
    Meal 6 - 2 PB&J chocolate milk

    then some sleep

    fuccccccccccccccccccccccccccck i lost 3 pounds.. juss from not eatin much.. back down to 154-155

    sucks.. im downing nething i can get my hands on now, and saving my diet for cutting

    meal 1 - 2 cups raisin brand , cup of milk, 2 fish oil pills, protein shake
    meal 2 - fish, fries, shrimp, clams, cup of iced tea cheat meal all fried
    meal 3 - pre/postoworkout drink fish oil pill
    meal 4 - 2 tuna sandwhiches 2 fish oil pills, 2 cups chocolate whole milk
    meal 5 - 1 tuna sandwhich
    meal 6 - baked chicken , rice , beans, cup of milk, 16 oz water, protein shake

    sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

    Keep working at it dude, the weight gaining can be a biatch sometimes... I know. I feel good come in and weigh 170. Next day I'll weight 167 and be mad as hell. Keep working at it, you'll grow .

    went to bed a 9 last nite, woke up on my own at 7.. which is now.. i think ima fix a big breakfast.. eggs bacon oatmeal

    lost a bit of weight put on like 5-10 pounds of lean muscle.. basketball season is coming up and im stiff and lost a bit of coordination liftin and playing football so ima be running up hill and practicing in between lifting days.. sucks cuz it'll delay my bulkin but ima re-start it in feb..

    jumped from 35's to 50 on incline dumbell press

    8:00 am 16 oz water
    11:40 am garden salad, bacon egg on biscuit, water, cup milk, 3 cookies
    2:30 pre workout drink
    4:00 post workout
    4:45 12 chicken nuggest (chic fil-a)
    6:00 steak, can of baked beans, cup of rice
    7:30 yogart 2 fish oil pills
    9:00 whey with milkk

    sleep

    worked back and biceps today..

    bench - 1x10x135, 2x8x155, 1x5x185
    incline db press- 2x8x40, 1x8x50
    chest machine thingy- 3x10x120
    decline chest press- 2x90x6
    pec's were done.. shoulder/tri's tomor..

    diet lookin like

    6:00 am - cup of milk, bowl of kasha, 2 fish oils, yogart, protein shake, tsp gluatimine
    11:45 am - salad, sausage on biscuit, 3 cookies, milk, water
    2:40- creatine/gatorade drink
    4:00- post workout
    4:45- wendys mandiran chicken salad
    7:00- steak, potatoes, yogart, 2 fish oil pills
    9:30- whey with milk.. 2 more fish oils.. time for sleep

    moved the shoulder n triceps tomor so i can have time to get through it all

    diet was lookin good tho

    6:00 am - yogart, protein shake, gluatimine etc
    11:45 am - 2 fish sandwhiches, 1 cookie, milk, 16 oz water
    2:40 - gatorade/creatine
    4:00 - pasta chicken breast etc
    6:00 - tons of pasta, 2 plates, chicken, brocolli
    10:00 - went out to eat italian, pasta n sea food

    can u say a ton of carbs.. haha

    i was stackin the calories today

    I would try and bring some food to school that you can get down between classes. There are some recipes for homeade protein bars in the diet/reicpe forum that would be pefect.
