    Ouuuuchhh!!!!!

    So yesterday was leg day

    Today I cannot hardly walk. I have NEVER been this sore from lifting in my life. Today is supposed to be back/shoulder day but I think it's gonna be rest/eat day. I feel like sh-t. I must have done way to many squats or something. My legs are pure jelly.

    THIS SUCKS

    24 years old

    5'10 220 pounds



    Waist: 38 Shoulders 56 Chest: 47 Arms (cold): 17.5 Forearms: 13.5 Quads: 26.5 Calves: 16.5 Neck: 17.5

    PR's

    BB Bench: 315 @ 215
    Squats: 410 @ 205 (last winter)
    Deads 515 @ 214
    Total: 1240

    think I'm gonna visit an asian massage


    I'm always sore after leg day but NEVER like this. I never miss a workout but today I really don't think I can lift anything other than a sandwich....


    I ordered a pizza and turned today into a lazy cheat day.

    That is why I have a rest day after legs. They need time to recover a bit before going back into the gym.
    Just one guy's opinion.

    ^^ my legs feel worse than they did yesterday(rest day), well I'm going to the basement - Shoulders, tri's, and bi's... supersets, I can already feel it...

    throw some power cleans and jerks in there and hit the tredmill for 5-10 mins after your workout, should help you out a bit
