Ok - so I read up on the ketogenic diet. I'm on my second week and kind of disturbed to notice that I'm getting round in the face and at the waistline. I'm in my cutting phase and thought that this would be a good diet to enforce, but now I'm concerned. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon and does it go away the longer you do it. The ratios I was given were - 5days: 195g fats / 125g protein / 0-trace carbs and then 2days: carb up phase. Please help. J.
