What are some good exercises to increase the diameter of your neck?

    Not traps but actual neck.

I don't know how safe or usefull working the neck directly is. IMO trap work could be the best way to go.

Are bridges when you kind of roll your neck back and forth on the ground? I guess these could help strengthen the neck, not sure about making it grow.
