    groin pain

    About an hour after my workouts I experience a sort of cramping pain in the groin area extending into my testicles. It lasts for a couple of hours then goes away. It's not horrible just pretty uncomfortable. This has been going on for about two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? I hate to see the doctor for below the belt issues.

    Age - 43
    ht - 5' - 7"
    wt - 152 lbs
    bf% - 10.5%
    pipe dream goal 175 lbs @ 10% bf
    making the switch to power lifting

    do you warmup and then stretch?

    be sure to do the "groin strech" and hold each one for at least a minute, i used to have groin pains cause i run track but after i started stretching every night im much more flexible and cramp free.
