About an hour after my workouts I experience a sort of cramping pain in the groin area extending into my testicles. It lasts for a couple of hours then goes away. It's not horrible just pretty uncomfortable. This has been going on for about two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? I hate to see the doctor for below the belt issues.
