Hey guys, I figured I should keep a journal to record everything I do and get tips and stuff from you guys, since this is like the best place I've found to find information on body building. It might not be the prettiest and most detailed journal, but I'll do my best. I look at some of ya'lls journals and it looks like you take 2 hours for each entry... Anyway, here's my current stats.
Weight: 162 lbs. Goal: 200 by Next year
BF %: no idea. Goal: more BF
Age: 18 (september) Goal: to be really old
Height: 5'11" Goal: Not to shrink
Biceps: 14" (pumped, yea I'm weak) Goal: 19"
Chest: ? Goal: ?
Legs: ? (need to get measured... *note to self* )
Bench: 280 (on a good day, little arch) Goal: 315 by Next year
Squat: 355 (on a good day, parallel) Goal: 450 by Next year
Back & Bi's
Machine Rows: 115x10, 135x10 (bleh, I hate this machine at this gym)
Lat pulldowns?: 115x10, 135x10 (same machine..)
Bent over DB rows: 50 2x(10/10)
1 arm Cable Curls: 70x(10/10), 60x(10/10), 50x(10/10), 60x(10/10) steeper angle.
Sitting DB curls: 30x10/10, 40x5/5
1-mile walk in the sun.
Diet: okay, not too bad... Could of eaten more... going to eat pizza here in a minute. Took juiced Creatine (Pinacle) 30 min. before workout. Taking Protien shake (40g) tonight before bed.
Other: Going to see T3 tonight... woohoo! Want to see Ah-nuld back in shape .
