What do you think of this idea? I have always been under the immpression that doing cardio before breakfast wil help you loose more fat. I have never tried it becuase I have never had a problem with my weight. In fact, Its kind of hard to keep it on for me. However, I was just told its the worst thing you can do. What are you all thoughts on this. Thanks in advance. Ok let me add a little something more to this. His argument is that your body is catabolic in the mornings and will eat your muscle before your stored fat. What do you all think of this.
