    Can you guys give me feedback on this

    Chest and Triceps :
    Flat bench DB 4/8
    Flat Fly DB 3/8
    Incline DB 3/8
    Cable Flys 3/8

    Pushdowns 3/8
    Skull crushers 3/8


    How is this for a chest workout and can you suggest a back and bicep workout??

    CG bench 2/6
    Pushdowns 2/6

    EASY BACK AND BI WORKOUT:
    pull ups 2/8
    seated or bent over rows 3/8
    upright rows 2/8
    standing barbell curls 3/6
    con curls 2/8 (each arm)

    Harder back and bicep workout..

    Dealdlifts
    Pullups/chins
    bent over rows
    low cable rows
    db shrugs (traps)
    behind back bb shrugs (traps)


    Standing barbell curls
    Incline db or cable curls
    hammer curls
