    cottage cheese question?

This may seem like a silly question, however, do you guys ever find eating excessive amouns of cottage cheese makes you bloated? I seem to be finding this to be true in my face, or so it seems. If anyone could possibly shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Could be water retention due to the sodium content of the cottage cheese. A cup of cottage cheese generally contains ~900mg of sodium, but this would vary between brands.
