It's a lot to do in one session... is there no way of splitting it to at least a second day at all?
You would benefit a lot more if you could space it out... What do you do for the rest of the week?

That's pretty much identical to WBB 1, why not make it a 3 day split, check out the wbb routine #1. ADd squats and chins.

My brother and I were brutal. I once chased him around the house with a spoon that I put on the burner. I burned that little pricks leg. -sharkall2003

Then I saw a little african boy sleeping, and I thought...that is little Okeke. he is tired from herding all the goats and the big goat got away today - Rock

the routine itself looks pretty good

nothing for the quads though (unless your deads hit them)

good exercise selection anyway, tough to do on one day

i only go one a week as where i live theres only 1 gym,
and the prices the gym charges, i can only afford to go once a week,

so dont u think i would benfit doing this routine one a week?
it looks alot but i want to hit the musles hard, as they only get a good workout once a week,

you might want to try something more basic

    like

    Squats x 2
    Deads x 2

    Chest 2 exercises
    Back 2 exercises

maybe 1 set for shouders, bi's and tri's

your arms and shoulders should be pretty fatiuged from the compounds

I understand you can only go to the gym once a week but i still don't think you will benefit half as much unless you spread it out..

Why not invest in a few weights and a cheap bench? That way you can do, say for example, your shoulders and traps or biceps at home on an alternate day from the gym- therefore spreading it out and hitting it harder (so to speak )....

I'd agree with holto on this. Need more simplification and less consentration on smaller body parts

Might look something more liek this for exercises.

    Incline chest press
    Seated shoulder press
    weighted dips
    close grip bench
    deadlifts
    pull ups
    barbell rows
    curls
    sqatts
    Lunges
    Leg Press

Although this is fewer exercises than you are currently doing it leaves more room for variation and hits the most important (imo) lifts and muscle groups. I would deffinitly question how benificial this would be however because it's SOOOOO strenuos. I would look at finding a place to do some pull ups where you live for free and try doing bunches of sets with altering hand grips and techniques for back, along with some push ups and some one mentioned getting a cheap bench, great idea. This way you could get all types of arm, chest, shoulder and back exercises in during the week and at the gym use the needed equipment to complete your wrok out ie dead lift, squatt, leg press, and other machine specific exercises.
