I was wondering if there could be any possible benefit in lifting from visiting the chiropractor. This summer i've been working at the local pool and one of the other lifeguards was raving about how great it was to visit the chiropractor. Personally I've never been to one, but due to my severe oshgood (sp) slaughters disease in both knees, I have been curious if they could offer me any help, possibly in leg exercises. Recently I have noticed that my squat form is getting sloppy at higher weights.

Does anyone have any experience in this matter?
