I will never be happy with how big I am, or how strong I am. I had goals when I began working out and surpassed them, but when I got close to them I realized that the only goals I really needed was to be able to curl the next dumbell up the rack, or throw the next plate on the bench. To me some part will be slightly out of proportion, and so rather than let it slide, I will try and bring the rest of my body up the leading parts standards. And that's what keep me coming to the gym time after time after time. As long as I breathe, and can consciously move I'm gonna be in there.
