hello to all,
i would like know if any one has an full body routine but one that only involves dumbells to make it, he he he, i juts moved country and gyms are a lil more expensive than i tought here so im trying to do it on my own.

The best routines tend to use free weights. Check WBB1, and post questions regarding certain Free weight substitutions for machine exercises.
