    45+ = physical badass!
    200% BW = physical badass!

    Who's a physical badass ?

I can do 29xBW and 8xBW+26kg (I should be back soon at 10xBW+30kg)

John's back is and he's very very lean maybe it's time to become a Puller and foget a little bit bench press

Interesting READ.....nice post......5 reps @ BWX2? Nope not today, probably not next month either! I have enjoyed pullups since I could manage more than a set without feeling beat. Without a doubt this is one of my favorite exercises I just wish I COUDL do more!

I'm somewhere between "good" and "very good."

I like that training mentality, too. I may start using some of those ideas.

That is a good article. I agree wholeheartedly that the bench press is overrated as a measure of one's physical prowess. This article was the kick in the ass I needed!

BTW, I was about to ask whether I should be doing wide-grip pullups instead of my current shoulder-width grip. Whew! Don't have to worry about that anymore.
