Lifting schedule for 3 days a week

HEY GUYS I AM GONNA DO THE WBB ROUTINE, BUT I WAS WONDERING IF IT WOULD BE ALRIGHT TO DUE A TUES/THURS/FRI SCHEDULE INSTEAD. WOULD THIS BE FINE TO DO, CUZ I REALIZE THAT I WOULD HAVE TWO WORKOUTS BACK TO BACK IN THURS AND FRIDAY, BUT BETWEEN WORK SCHOOL, AND PLAY, THESE WOULD BE THE BEST NIGHTS FOR ME??? BASICALLY I WANNA KNOW IF WORKING BACK TO BACK DAYS WOULD HAMPER MY PROGRESS THAT SIGNIFICANTLY

depends on how you do the split - those are the days i lift, and usually save legs for Friday night a. because the gym isn't crowded but B. it's hard some times to do chest and tris and then trunaround and do back and bis the next day or whatever.

also could you do me a favor and turn your caps lock off? thnx.

sorry about that. Well I plan on following the WBB routine which has legs for workout 2 and shoulders, tris, and bi's for workout 3. So I figure it shouldnt be that bad, cuz my direct chest , and back which is workout 1 would be on Tues, with the Leg workout on Thurs, and finish off my body with shoulds , bi's , tri's on Friday. Hows that look?????
