Starting on Monday August 4th, 2003:
Goals: to lose 20 pounds and add 10-15 pounds of muscles and be cut!!!! so i can become faster, stronger, fitter and improve my balance, stablity so i can succeed in rugby
Reasons: Coach wants me to switch positions, gain more confidence in Rugby, move up in selector list, and to get accept in Pacific Pride(its RUgby Canada national development program)
-to feel better about myself
-feel healthier, cut back on fatty food, no more DR.Pepper
Goals: 3 months of Strenght and Power Training on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Rugby Training on Tues, Thurs games on either Sats or Sundays.
