I guess ill start my journal here a few weeks out from training camp and two a day practices. I wont be on anything heavy for a while but all of my workouts will be intense and demnading just not very heavy, pretty much entered around German Volume training. heres tonights leg workout


first time training legs in a few weeks due to a knee injury but it felt pretty good
