what grip would work best for dead lift b/c was i dead lift my back have no problem lifting the weights its my grip, its never strong enough and i end up having to drop it, if anyone knows any sites that show examples or any advice i would aprreciate it thx

Over/under is what most use. If the weight's too heavy you may want to buy wraps. Some say it will have a negative affect on improving your forearm strength or grip but I don't personally feel that it will. Any wraps will work. They'll run you $5-$10 at most.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...
Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down.
