    help!!! i dont know whats wrong with me

    i hope you guys can help me and dont think im crazy.

    ok, so sometime i come home after work and i want to take a nap. so i lay down close my eyes and relax to go to sleep. then all of a sudden i see a bright light and i kindda feals like im getting shocked it stings from my head down to my heart. also there is a sound that i hear i dont know if its juest ringing of the ears or what. it mosty does it when i take a nap during the day. i sleep right next to a window if that means anything. also i have had some seisures in the past, i took medicine for it but i stoped (depakote). other then that i think im pretty healthy

    also i dont know if this is realted but i feel short of breath all the time, like someone is standing on my chest(this might be alergies though)

    Yeah I'd go see a doctor. Last thing you need is somebody giving you shoddy advice about your health. You need an examination, a diagnosis and a treatment. All you'll get here is, well my cousins friends girlfriends dog trainers uncle had the same thing. Yeah they had to treat it by dipping his elbows in melted butter for 30 minutes 3 times a day for a week. And it will go away.
    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

    hahaha, your right, i think im going to make an appointment. this is just frustrating cuz i got a feeling that my doc will put me back on the meds, and i dont like to realiy on something like that, i guess im just stuborn
