don't make me lift the weight for you. I always get people wanting me to spot them that put too much weight on the bar. They say they can get 6 reps, but after the third one I'm getting a quick set of upright rows in because they can't lift it anymore. Lower the weight and quit trying to impress everybody. Also, one other thing. If you're spotting someone make them do the work. Most spotters I've had start helping way too early and cheat me out of a set. Oh well, enough ranting. Enjoy your day.
