What kind of cardio will you be doing? I know that running the day after leg day tends to get difficult. I can't walk until at least 2 days after good squatting session.

I wouldn't do arms right after chest and back. You work arms when you do chest and back. Give it at least two days. Say chest and back Monday. Then arms Thursday. And legs either Friday or Saturday. Chest and back together is a tough routine. Why not train triceps with chest on Monday and biceps with back on Wednesday. When you work chest you work triceps so why not work them together? Same goes for back and biceps.

Nope. Training and rest and diet go hand in hand for OPTIMAL success. Too many people want to focus on one variable and forget the rest.

So... do you want to get beaten at Ping-Pong?
