WBB1 routine- absent for 1 week??
I have been working the WBB1 routine for a couple of months: Mon, Wed, Friday. But I will be in business travel next week and won't do my usual routine. I will be back on Saturday;
what do you recommend to start with when I am back? Hit all muscles/1 set (10-12 reps) in one day-say Sat. or Sunday?
I just don't want to wait 'til Monday to start lifting. I am just worry that I will loose my chest strength, or perhaps not?
