ok,so i start my routine today after 2 months of no wieghts.was gonna start on monday but got bored today.so heres what ive done:
triceps:5sets of 7 reps tricep extensions,dips and close grip bench press
shoulders:4 sets of 6 reps military presses,upright row and lat raises
biceps:6 sets of 8 curls with ez bar,3 sets of 6 with dumbells and 5 sets of 5 reps weighted chin ups
now i cant even lift a class of milk!
i love lifting!!!
