    The Pain Is Too Much!

    ok,so i start my routine today after 2 months of no wieghts.was gonna start on monday but got bored today.so heres what ive done:
    triceps:5sets of 7 reps tricep extensions,dips and close grip bench press
    shoulders:4 sets of 6 reps military presses,upright row and lat raises
    biceps:6 sets of 8 curls with ez bar,3 sets of 6 with dumbells and 5 sets of 5 reps weighted chin ups
    now i cant even lift a class of milk!
    i love lifting!!!
    Started Lifting Again!

    Ya, looks like you have too many sets in there, I'd say.

    Good job on startin back though

    Kinda looks like wbb1, which im doin now. Youre doing way too many sets though. In WBB1 you really dont do more than 2 sets per exercise usually. If working to failure you shouldnt need to.

    its based on wbb routine 1 but with some changes.im gonna cut bk a few sets because i feels numb in the arms this mornin
