I've been liftin for over a year now. I'm a 19 year old male that goes to FSU. I started out weighing about 165 today im 195. I put up good weight, not too huge but not a pussy lifter. i now how to work out now after finally getting into good work outs. i just want to get to 215 and i will have this journal until i get there. oh yeah and im 6"2- dont know if that matters but whatever.
Today-weigh in at 195
Lunch-2 pieces of grilled chicken
1 piece of cake
1 serving of low fat yogurt
1 glass low fat milk
2 glasses powerade
Bi's and Back
Bi Angular Back rows
bent over rows
Bent over flys
Chicken Caesar wrap w/rice and pasta salad
