    I've been liftin for over a year now. I'm a 19 year old male that goes to FSU. I started out weighing about 165 today im 195. I put up good weight, not too huge but not a pussy lifter. i now how to work out now after finally getting into good work outs. i just want to get to 215 and i will have this journal until i get there. oh yeah and im 6"2- dont know if that matters but whatever.

    Today-weigh in at 195

    Lunch-2 pieces of grilled chicken
    1 piece of cake
    1 serving of low fat yogurt
    1 glass low fat milk
    2 glasses powerade


    Bi's and Back
    Barbell curls
    Standing Curls(Hammer)
    Preacher press
    Cable Curls

    Bi Angular Back rows
    Back rows
    bent over rows
    Pull downs
    Bent over flys

    Din Din
    Chicken Caesar wrap w/rice and pasta salad

    I suggest doing your back work before your bicep work.

    yeah i usually do but the lines were so long in the gym that i decided to just start with bis
